When luxury nail lounge, Sculpt needed a lighting solution in time for Sylvia Park’s highly anticipated Level 1 expansion in mid-October 2020, Bright Light came to the rescue with a stylish, on-trend and custom offering that perfectly aligned with the intended intimate and upmarket vibe. 

The New Zealand made LED profile Highline 01 was tailor-made into 16 hexagonal light fittings in 1 and 1.5 metre diameters. The design utilised the modern, edgy shapes in combination with an overlapping installation and offset heights to give a dramatic and exclusive feel.

Each luminaire was powder-coated with a custom brass finish, resulting in a stylish and luxurious look, perfectly complementing Sculpt’s high-end boutique style and the many touches of gold throughout the space.

Illuminated with Bright Light’s ProSeries LED Ribbon and using a soft, warm white (2700K) light, the space is inviting with a relaxing ambience ideal for any indulgent and pampering nail bar. Designed specifically for architectural and commercial lighting projects, Bright Light’s ProSeries LED Ribbon is a high-performance product with a high CRI of >95, which means colours render particularly well and look truer to form – making it easier for clients to choose their perfect nail polish finish.
Thanks to Bright Light’s quick turnaround for this project, Sculpt was able to open its doors right on time and provide their customers a truly luxury experience.
